In Australia and New Zealand Oceania Meats has processing facilities totalling over 1000 square metres. We process specified Lamb, Beef and Venison material into frozen blocks of MDM and Offals. We have on-site blast freezing capability and are able to store our frozen products immediately after processing thus ensuring a robust and efficient cold chain. The two facilities we distribute from in the US are Americold in Houston and Delaware Avenue Enterprises in Philadelphia.

Our production facilities have been constantly upgraded with the latest technologies in mechanical deboning and process product flow design principles. The process is computer controlled so that each critical process point is constantly monitored and regulated to ensure consistent, efficiently produced, premium products.
