Oceania Meat Processors specializes in the processing and exporting of high quality natural fall and 25% or 30% maximum fat, *MDM meats.  Natural fall is  the meat produced from export grade waste bone material and has no added moisture.

Computer controlled production and blending capabilities maufacture products to your specific requirements.  We are able to fulfill your request by using the latest Foss FoodScan analyzer and database on our production line.  Production flexibility also enables us in mixing and blending different MDM meats together, in order to meet specific requests.

Lamb MDM: Protein 16%;Moisture 45% to 50%;Fat 28% to 33%; Ash 3%

Sheep MDM: Protein 15%; Moisture 45% to 50%;Fat 30% to 35%; Ash 3%

Beef MDM: Protein 15%; Mositure 50% to 55%;Fat 25% to 30%;Ash 3%

Venison MDM: Protein 17%; Moisture 50% to 55%; Fat 18% to 25%; Ash 3%

Fish MDM: Protein 17%; Moisture 50% to 55%; Oil 10% to 14%; Ash 3%

Veal & Salmon MDM: Also available but in limited supply.

Lamb & Ovine Meal: We are also able to offer, on forward contract, various lamb and
Ovine Meat and Bone meals. either in bulk or bagged.

Packaging:  All of our pet food MDM and Offal are blast frozen as "nude" blocks of approximately 20 kgs.  The frozen blocks are then packed onto pallets, stretch-wrapped, and labelled to meet individual country requirements.
