Our 450 square meter facility has on-site blast freezing capabilities. Adjacent to COOLPAK Coolstores, we have the convenience of storing our frozen products immediately after processing and are able to maintain the temperature, thus ensuring their quality.
The production is designed with the latest technologies in mechanical de-boning. The process is computer controlled so that each critical process point is constantly monitored and regulated to ensure consistent, low-cost, premium products.
