We use only New Zealand beef, lamb/sheep, venison and fish in the processing of our product.  Our facility and operational procedures are in accordance with the regulations required by the New Zealand Ministry of Agriculture and Forestry, the United States Department of Agriculture and the European Union.  Our Products are certified low risk and can be shipped world-wide.
